Regular Business Hours and Rates
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM our Service Call Charge is $75.00 which includes the first ½ hour of labour. Time after that is billed in ½ hour increments at $65.00 per hour so each additional ½ hour would incur a charge of $32.50.

Emergency Call Rates
Emergency calls are considered to be calls received after regular business hours where immediate service is required. Our Emergency Service Call rate is $110.00 which includes the first ½ hour of labour. Time after that is billed in ½ hour increments at $100.00 per hour so each additional ½ hour would incur a charge of $50.00.

Statutory and Civic Holiday Rates
Service Call Rate: $170.00 (Includes first ½ hour of labour)
Hourly Rate: $130.00 (Billed in ½ hour increments)
Service to Outlying Areas

Outlying Service Areas Include:
Ajax, Burlington, Markham, Oshawa, Whitby, Woodbridge

Outlying Service Area: Rates - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
Service call rate: $95.00 (Includes first ½ hour of labour)
Hourly Rate: $65.00 (Billed in ½ hour increments)

Outlying Service Area: Emergency Rates (Any time after regular hours excluding advance weekend bookings)
Service Call Rate: $130.00 (Includes first ½ hour of labour)
Hourly Rate: $100.00 (Billed in ½ hour increments)
Emergency Rates apply to any time outside of hours stipulated above except Statutory or Civic Holidays see below
