Emergency calls are considered to be calls received after regular business hours where immediate service is required. Our Emergency Service Call rate is $110.00 which includes the first ½ hour of labour. Time after that is billed in ½ hour increments at $100.00 per hour so each additional ½ hour would incurr a charge of $50.00.

We endeavour to respond to Emergency Calls expediently. For most areas of Toronto and the GTA our response times vary between 1/2 hour and 1 hour depending upon volume of traffic, road travel conditions and volume of calls.
